Privacy Policy
Last updated: June 30, 2026
This CRM application is used to manage user access and WhatsApp Business onboarding records. This policy explains what information the application collects, how it is used, and how it is protected.
Information We Collect
We collect the information needed to operate the CRM, including account username, display name, user role, login activity, and account status. Usernames are email addresses.
When WhatsApp Business onboarding is used, we may collect Meta Business and WhatsApp Business identifiers such as business ID, WhatsApp Business Account ID, and phone number ID. During Meta Embedded Signup, we may also process authorization codes or tokens provided by Meta to connect the selected WhatsApp Business Account.
How We Use Information
We use this information to authenticate CRM users, manage authorized access, connect WhatsApp Business assets, maintain audit records, and provide CRM functionality requested by the account owner.
Meta and WhatsApp Business Data
We use Meta and WhatsApp Business data only to provide the requested integration, including onboarding, account connection, phone number lookup, and related CRM operations. We do not sell Meta or WhatsApp Business data, and we do not use it for advertising, profiling, or unrelated purposes.
Sharing
We do not sell personal information. We share information only when needed to operate the CRM, comply with applicable law, protect the service, or work with service providers that help run the application. Service providers may process information only as needed to provide hosting, infrastructure, security, database, or application services.
Security and Retention
We use access controls and application security measures to protect stored information. Information is retained only for as long as needed for CRM operations, legal obligations, security, and audit purposes. If authorization tokens are stored for future WhatsApp Business functionality, they are treated as confidential credentials and protected from unauthorized access.
User Choices and Rights
Users may request access, correction, or deletion of their CRM account information, subject to any operational, security, audit, or legal retention requirements. A CRM administrator may deactivate or remove user access when the account is no longer needed.
Data Deletion Instructions
To request deletion of CRM data or WhatsApp Business onboarding data, contact the administrator who provided your CRM account. Include the email address used for your CRM login and describe the data you want deleted. After verifying the request, we will delete or de-identify eligible information unless we must retain it for security, audit, dispute resolution, or legal reasons.
Users may also remove this application's access from their Meta Business settings where applicable. Removing Meta access may stop WhatsApp Business onboarding or messaging features from working.
Contact
For privacy questions or data requests, contact the administrator who provided your CRM account or use the business contact email listed for this app in the Meta App Dashboard.
